1. Who we are

2. When these terms apply
These terms apply to every order placed on www.gladts.nl. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Dutch or EU law. If a provision in these terms conflicts with those rights, the law applies.
3. Products and prices
- We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the real product.
- All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay; see our shipping policy.
- The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We are not bound by an obvious error in a price or description. If we notice such an error after you have ordered, we will contact you and you may cancel the order free of charge.
4. Your order
The contract is concluded when you complete your order at checkout. You then receive an order confirmation by email. If we cannot deliver a product after all, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund what you paid for it.
5. Payment
You pay at checkout with one of the payment methods shown there.
6. Delivery
We ship with PostNL to the Netherlands and the other EU member states. Shipping times and costs are in our shipping policy. We deliver within 30 days at the latest. If we cannot do that, you may cancel the order and we refund the full amount you paid. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you.
7. Returns and your right of withdrawal
You can return products within 30 days without giving a reason, including sale items. You can withdraw online with our withdrawal form (the link "Withdraw from contract here" at the bottom of every page of our website) or by email to info@gladts.nl. How this works, who pays the return shipping and how we refund you is set out in our return policy, which also contains the model withdrawal form.
8. Legal guarantee and complaints
Our products must be of the quality you can reasonably expect (the legal guarantee). If a product is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, email info@gladts.nl with your order number and a photo. Please let us know as soon as possible; reporting within two months after you notice the problem is always in time. We will repair or replace the product, or refund you.
Any other complaint can also be sent to info@gladts.nl. If we cannot resolve it together, you can take the matter to the competent court (see article 12).
9. Safe use
Combat sports carry a risk of injury. Protective equipment reduces that risk but cannot remove it. Use our products only for their intended purpose, follow the product information, and check them regularly for wear. We are not liable for damage caused by using a product in a way it is not intended for.
10. Privacy
We use your personal data only to handle your order and as described in our privacy policy.
11. Intellectual property
You may not copy or use the GLADTS name and logo, or the texts, photos and designs on this website, without our written permission.
12. Applicable law and disputes
Dutch law applies to these terms and to your order. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you the right to go to a court in your own country.
13. Changes
We may change these terms. The version that applied when you placed your order applies to that order.
