Withdraw from contract

Changed your mind? You can withdraw from your purchase within 30 days, without giving a reason. That is longer than the 14 days required by law. The 30 days start on the day after you, or someone you have designated, receive the product.

Fill in the form below and click Confirm withdrawal. You do not need an account. We will email you a confirmation of receipt with the content of your withdrawal and the date and time you sent it.

Then send the product(s) back to us within 14 days. Return costs, refunds and the condition of returned products are explained in our return policy.
