30 days to change your mind
You can return products within 30 days, without giving a reason. This is longer than the 14-day withdrawal period required by EU law, and it also applies to sale items. The 30 days start on the day after you, or someone you have designated (other than the carrier), receive the product. If your order arrives in several parcels, the period starts on the day after you receive the last parcel.
How to return a product
- Let us know within 30 days. Fill in our online withdrawal form (the link "Withdraw from contract here" at the bottom of every page of our website), or email info@gladts.nl with your order number and the product(s) you are returning. You may also use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but you don't have to. We confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email.

Return shipping costs
The cost of sending a product back to us is for your account. If a product is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay the return costs.
Condition of returned products
You may handle and try a product the way you would in a shop, for example briefly trying on gloves, shin guards or clothing. If you use the product beyond that (for example in training, or by wearing a mouthguard) or damage it, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund. Please return products complete and, if possible, in their original packaging.
Refunds
We refund the amount you paid for the returned product(s) within 14 days after you let us know you are returning them. If you return your whole order, we also refund the standard shipping costs you paid. We may wait with the refund until we have received the product(s) back, or until you have shown that you sent them, whichever is earlier. We refund via the payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise with you. You do not pay any fees for the refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Return the product as described above and place a new order for the size or colour you want.
Defective, damaged or wrong products
Please check your order when it arrives. If a product is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, email info@gladts.nl with your order number and a photo. Please let us know as soon as possible; reporting within two months after you notice the problem is always in time. We will repair or replace the product, or refund you, and we pay the return costs.
Your statutory rights always apply. Under Dutch law, a product must be fit for normal use for the period you may reasonably expect (the legal guarantee). This return policy does not limit those rights.
