Glove finder
Find your glove weight
Answer two questions and see which weight suits you – based on the rules of thumb in our buying guide.
There is no single official table: clubs and trainers use their own rules of thumb.
Our advice
14 oz
14 oz: an all-round weight for many adults, for bag and pad work and, for lighter fighters, sparring.
Always check your club's rules: many clubs set a minimum glove weight for sparring.
Available to order in 14 oz
