Where we ship
We ship to the Netherlands and all other EU member states.
Shipping costs
- Shipping is free for all orders to the Netherlands and the other EU countries.
You always see the exact shipping costs at checkout before you pay. All prices include VAT.
When we ship
Orders placed before 15:00 (Dutch time) on a working day are shipped the same day with PostNL. Orders placed after 15:00, or on a weekend or public holiday, are shipped on the next working day.
Delivery times
- Netherlands: usually the next working day after shipping
- Other EU countries: usually 2–5 working days after shipping, depending on the country
These are estimates; the actual delivery time depends on the carrier.
Out of stock or delayed
If a product turns out to be out of stock, or your order will be delayed, we will let you know by email. You can then choose to wait or to cancel your order. If you cancel, we refund the full amount you paid.
Damaged or lost parcel
Has your parcel arrived damaged, or not arrived at all? Email info@gladts.nl as soon as possible with your order number, and a photo if the parcel is damaged. We will sort it out with PostNL. Until your parcel has been delivered to you, the risk is ours.
Incorrect address
Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you. The cost of sending it again is for your account.

You can return products within 30 days. See our return policy.
